GLX3000NR Cellular strength indicator is blank

Hello, while connected to cellular service, the signal strength indicator on the top of the device does not show anything although the app shows bars of service. Its never worked. What am I missing to get this working?

Could you let me know more about cellular info?

  1. What sim card used?
  2. Check whether the APN is correct
    --You can call the carrier to ask
    --google is your friend
  3. Check whether the antenna of the device is properly connected
  4. Insert the card into your phone to make sure it works
    --If the phone is no problem, you can select the band filter from the manual dial menu on the web page to use only LTE Bands and 5G NSA Bands

Hello, Its T-Mobile. These settings appear to be correct and the cellular service works, just the lights for signal strengh never light up.

Is the signal strength displayed in the Web ui?
Or does it show that the sim card is not registered?

See attached. I think this is what shows the signal data. That should display something on the external strength meter.

So the device is connected to the carrier and you have normal Internet?

Correct. Connected to carrier, can use the service just fine.

Please test the 'Cellular' LED by following commands:
