Goodcloud will not send a letter to notify the device of going online or offline.
This is a known issue and we are working on fixing it.
Please note that settings from older versions cannot be retained. You will need to reconfigure the alert rules.
If you have already done so, there is no need to do anything else and it will be fixed soon.
I have reconfigured the alert rules in the new version of Goodcloud, but I still cannot receive the email. How long will it take to fix this problem?

After testing, the second email I bound will not receive a warning notification letter. This email also has the highest authority.
