Goodcloud America not updating?

None of my routers are updating status on Goodclouds. One router powered down for a couple of hours is still showing “Online”. Router status doesn’t show any data for any devices (including a local device I know is online). Cannot connect via rtty Web or SSH ("Loading…Server Error!).

The “Cloud Operations Log” on my router is flooded with these errors:

utils_NLB failed! Wait for 180 seconds

I am experiencing the same. Also, as of a few hours ago, not able to login to us.goodcloud.xyz, though goodcloud.xyz appears to allow the login, but when switching to the US server, no data loads.
In addition to the error message posted above, my log data also contains some additional details - shown below.
