It looks like the disk is full on the web server. I get this error from the site:

Failed to parse multipart servlet request; nested exception is java.io.IOException: org.apache.tomcat.util.http.fileupload.impl.IOFileUploadException: Processing of multipart/form-data request failed. No space left on device

same at this site, both web and app. the app is not as verbose.

Yes, the disk was full.
We have now fixed this problem.
