Hi there,
created a Goodcloud account on the web using my Google account which worked fine.
However on the device (Beryl), there is no option to login to Goodcloud using the Google Account.
Now I can’t create a new Goodcloud account with the same email as it thinks I aleady have one!
How to fix?

If your account is used to log in to GoodCloud using Google for the first time, after you successfully log in, please go to the personal center and set a login password.
Then log in to the router GL GUI, you can log in and bind your router to your GoodCloud platform with your Google account + the password you just set.
Go to the Goodcloud web login page.
Select “Forgot password?” (or similar option).
Enter your Google email. wisely card
Goodcloud should send you a password-reset link to your Gmail.
Use that link to set a password for your account. This creates a password for logging in without Google.
