Are you able to have multi user logged into same account at the same time or do you have to share devices. As i was logged in then some one else logged in and i got kicked out

It is impossible to login to the same account with multiple terminals at the same time, which may not be supported, because different people login to the same account and operate on the router (key configure) at the same time. If the configure wrongs, it is impossible to trace back through cloud platform log to know who did the device, which has a high 2B responsibility attribute.
You can share the router(s) to another account.
If you have massive batch routers to manage, you can apply to upgrade to ORG (organization) level for your account.
