GoodCloud Status Abnormal

Hello,

Need help to check why my GL-AR300M16 Shadow status in GoodCloud stuck in Abnormal. This was working fine for a week, then suddenly stopped working today.

I've tried rebooting and even resetting the device to factory defaults. Still the same :frowning:

firmware is on V4.3.22

The goodcloud server services work ok current.

@bruce I am having the same issue with all router models and fimware. Is there any bug reported with Goodcloud?

There were 2 hours for the servers updated yesterday, and the goodcloud may occur interruption.

Now the goodcloud has been restored. Is there any issue?

I am suffering the same issue on a GL-SFT1200. Status is abnormal. I've tried to re-activate but that's had no effect. Reboting does nothing and if I try to unbind it I get "Network Unreachable". I have another GL-SFT1200 and a GL-MT1300 that are working fine.

Is the device connected to the internet without any issues? DNS working?

The device is connected to the internet and DNS is working.

Don't know what happened but the device status has just changed to online.
