GoodCloud stopped updating hosts and notifying

We recently populated about 15 routers into GoodCloud, and now it appears that the system has stopped updating. The Connected, Last Online, Last Updates time/dates are not updating. We are also not getting email notifications of hosts disconnecting and connecting anymore. We did not change our configuration other than adding more hosts. Email notifications were working fine when we had only a few hosts in the system. We can still access host status and reboot them etc. If a host is rebooted, the “Online Time” and “Updated Time” will update, but no email notification is generated.

Is there some configuration issue on our side? Thank you!
