I am showing my devices online but I am getting error message Oops...
Device offline. I confirm my device is online I am currently connected to one of my device right now.

Hello,

R&D team is checking this issue, please wait.
Please SSH to the router, execute the command, and let me know:
cat /etc/config/rtty

@bruce this keeps happening every few days intermittently for hours. I was online with 4 different clients today and all of them got the "Ooops" error when trying to access Remote GUI via GC. I made a post about this a few days back:

cat /etc/config/rtty

config rtty 'general'
option ssh_en '1'
option web_en '1'

Issue seems to be resolved now

Hello,

Please try to disable "Services from GL.iNet Use VPN"

We found some VPN provider (server) blocks the rtty traffic.
If no luck when you disable "Services from GL.iNet Use VPN", please disable the VPN client temporary and check again.

Thanks @bruce. I never use that setting though. This has been an intermittent GL issue, not an individual router issue. I have hundreds of devices on my GC and it happens to all of them at the same time for hours. On those same days I'm also on screensharing calls with clients and they have the same issue in their accounts.

First time it happened was right after the GC upgrade, and then intermittently since for several hours at a time.

The R&D team has been working hard for "rtty" featues these days.

We are still in troubleshooting the issue.

The scope of this is a bit large. Please give us some time.
