Help with port forwarding

Hi!
I'm trying to configure my AR300M router to enable port forwarding in order to use slsk services. I've set port forwarding rule according to the doc.
However, after I've set up port forwarding in admin panel, the port test still reports that "Port: 2234/tcp CLOSED".
What could possibly go wrong and how to debug it? Thanks in advance!

Is there another router in front of your AR300M?
How do you connect to the internet?

I'm using usb tethering, connecting AR300M to a phone and using the phone's hotspot. Does it count as a router?

Won't work due to CGNAT. Cellular internet mostly does not support port forwarding in any way.

Is it possible to bypass it by setting up cloudflare tunnel ? Working on it right now...
