help with Wireguard server

Now I understand. I thought the default WireGuard IP at 10.0.0.1 was tracking my router IP setting.
Anyway now it’s set to 10.10.10.1 and router claims to have an active client (my phone with wifi disabled)
and I have no connectivity to anything in my 10.0.0.x range.

Now I have tried 192.168.8.1 as the WireGuard server address and that seems to work now.

Just for me: Your local network is 10.0.0.0 /24 or /8?
So do you use any other IP than 10.0.0.xxx? Like 10.73.21.0 for example?

Hi I really appreciate your help and I do have a little network knowledge. It was just confusing in that I thought the router was inserting 10.0.0.1 in the WireGuard server to match the router.
My network which includes multiple ESP devices and a Raspberry Pi and cameras etc is 10.0.0.0/24
There are no IPs outside that range.
