I use a hostless 4G/LTE USB modem on GL-MV1000.
How can I set the USB modem interface IP manually? It seems to be on DHCP and IP changes every time I restart the unit. I need it to be fixed IP to assign DMZ.
You may need to use luci or edit directly the config files.
Find in /etc/config/network, the tethering part and try to configure static IP is OK.
