How can I hide the SSID on Velica mesh B2200?

I can’t see an option within the app, or in the web interface, to change SSID visibility with Velica B2200 mesh. I’ve had a look at LuCI, but again, can’t see anything. I’m on the latest firmware. I bought seven nodes and have spent three hours setting them up, so I don’t want to go to the bother of sending them back if there’s an easy way to hide the SSID. Thanks

Go to Wireless → Edit → look at the screenshot

Please note that hiding the SSID may cause the Mesh feature to be abnormal. This is why it is not available in the UI.

I don’t see that option anywhere within luci. Spitz and several others can hide the ESSID, but seemingly not with Velica.

Could it be because you are running in Mesh mode? Anyway you can always do it from the shell if that’s a necessity

Mesh and hidden SSID conflict. If you have to hide it, please disable the Mesh or switch to another model such as AX1800. you can use AP+AC mode to extend the Wi-Fi range.

Velica is a Mesh router. I think no one will let it not work in Mesh mode …
