How do I turn off the DHCP server for GL-AR750

I’ve checked just about all the settings, including luci, and I cannot find any option to disable luci. Any recommendations? Am I overlooking it?

Dnsmasq is a combined DHCP-Server and DNS-Forwarder for NAT firewalls

I think you might be able to disable DHCP on the LAN interface in Luci->Network->Interface->LAN->Edit->DHCP Server?
