How to access USB share on Shield?

Has anyone managed to access a shared USB stick from a Flint 3 to an Nvida Shield?

I can see it from Win 11 or through the router's companion app but my Shield even though it sees my router as an SMB device won't let me access it with my router's admin credentials or the admin account I created when I setup SMB on the router.

Some other forum users have reported that Samba works correctly on the Nvidia Shield.

• Screenshots of the Nvidia Shield’s Samba or network storage settings
• Any error messages shown when accessing the share

It would also be helpful to confirm whether the issue occurs across different apps. Please let us know if the connection works when using third-party applications such as Kodi or VLC, as this can help determine whether the issue is app-specific or system-wide.
