How to measure the Internet speed in Mbps for LAN and WLAN?

I’ve looked through Luci > Network > Interfaces but I guess those are the amount of data transferred.

RX: 403.24 MB (281583 Pkts.)
TX: 18.19 MB (123614 Pkts.)

Do I need to install an additional package?

You have : http://192.168.x.y/cgi-bin/luci/admin/status/realtime/bandwidth

And you can install VnStat although the graphs are very small and low res in the version available.
