How to MODIFY Purchase orders?

Hi folks,
I've made a purchase order that I'd like to modify before it goes out . . . .
For the life of me, I can NOT seem to find how to do that.
I can ONLY see the invoice with no option to modify/cancel & reorder.
Am I missing something?
