Ive seen Aschneiderbr with the best engine.ini tweaks on the planet.
I also have some like createshadersonload etc but ive never seen that mip map textureload and other optimisations.Aschneiderbr if you are here,can you give us your engine.ini tweaks?IT would be awesome cuz after full cone nat or sqm the stutters are not networking problem mostly but unreal mistunings.Please I beg!Can you give us that engine.ini list?Peaple would realize that its not network problem but they screwed almost every game.I never will be that good radiooperator as you and i wasted already 1year+to revert those settings to make my 3keur laptop work.IT should be equivalent with your old 2080ti.I would really appreciate that.Probably your engine tweaks are the best on the planet.
