How can i set IPv6 DNS with IPv6 Passthrough mode on GL-X3000?
Is this correct in below? or Enter only ipv4 on this page?

No, it's not correct. That page is only for IPV4. For IPV6 check the mark in the IPV6 section under Network and fill your IPV6 DNS there as in the image:
EDIT: I see that in IPV6 Passthrough Mode on my router (Marble B3000) it does not allow to refill manual DNS...

Do you mean open port in firewall as IPV4?
I think you can just try.
If you have IPV6 by your ISP, it should be able to work in NAT6 mode. Try to mark it in the IPV6 section (just as in the picture I shared before) and see what happens. If the connection works, you can stay in NAT6 mode.
