How to use AdGuard Home Router instance over the internet

How can I use my AdGuard Home router instance over the internet?
This way I can set my phone's DNS to the router's AdGuard Home and have mobile adblocking.

I know there is dns.adguard.com for adblocking, but the filters cannot be modified.

Only by having a permanent VPN tunnel from your device to your home router.

Generally speaking, this isn't a recommended scenario.

Create account and make your own DNS with listed filters and manual list.
Then put upstream address in your router and private DNS in your phone
