I want to use SD (128 GB) to install a lot of plugins (including) Torrent server and IRC server. I need to use especially SD, as USB used by 6TB SSD to share some stuff on Torrent
extroot is what you are looking for:

Ok, I see. It seems right. It will use only SD, right? Because I need to leave SSD untouched
Depends on the steps you do by installing extroot 
I mean, I unplug SSD, do this manual, then plug it again. So now everything stored on SD? Not SSD? Or sda1 is all connected drives?
If you do it like described, the SSD will be untouched.
