I cannot add an eSIM to my router Mudi 7 (GL-E5800)

I am unable to load any eSIMs. The eSIM profile in the app only displays a eSIM that can either be renamed, disabled or Top-up. Same when I look via the Admin portal. Do I have an old version of the software? Can some one send me some guidance.
