Was in the app trying to find a restart button for my router. I couldn't find it and thought that i could just switch off the network and switch it back on. This has caused me to be locked out as i was using the network to access the router through the app. Now I cant access the router to turn the network back on. I've tried turn it off and on again, and resetting the router but no luck. The app just telling me to connect to the nonexistent network.
If you reset the router, in the phone app you click on the left hamburger menu, then click manage devices.
Then delete the router, and then start from scratch.
Though I would think the app won't store anything since it just communicates with the router api so if the ip matches it finds the router again, I would suspect the resetting fails on the router itself or you need to re-enter your reset wifi credentials the factory ones.
