I'm having difficulties setting up my spitz x750 with my total by Verizon(total wireless) SIM card please help

I'm not sure if it's maybe something to do with the IMEl since I'm trying to use a SIM card that has been used with a phone for a while but whenever I insert it and go to online to set up the router setting the following pops up:

"Your SIM card has not been detected. Please check that the card has been inserted correctly and that the contacts are clean. The Modem does not support hot-swappable SIM cards. If you reinserted the SIM card after boot, please Reboot Modem or reboot your router."

Along with this occasionally:

"Connecing... Some SIM cards have special usage restrictions, for example, the need to use a specific APN. If your SIM card cannot be registered, please check with your network operator to see if your SIM nas any special, restrictions."

I would appreciate any help, thanks guys

This one module does not support 'hot-swappable', so if whenever you insert the SIM card, it needs to reboot the modem or reboot the router.

Is the SIM card of the X750 an ordinary cellphone SIM card?

Do you need to configure APN when use it on the cellphone? If not, please restart the modem to try again.

Please fixed to insert the SIM card as much as possible, like say, do not move/exchange the SIM card to the X750 and cellphone back and forth frequently. The surface of the card is easily damaged.
