I need help with an issue that I’m unsure y’all will believe.
I am able to program my IMEI to my router. it will stick for a while, sometimes days, or weeks. It seems to be triggered if signal is poor while I am driving, and the networks disconnects often, it seems like the router will loose the custom IMEI. This my be triggered after a certain amount of restarts, I don’t know.
I always read on here, once you write a new IMEI, the old is permanently lost. That doesn’t seem like the case because it often reverts on it’s own.
I have had this issue for years. I’ve tried many different firmwares. I am currently on the newest beta released within the last month.
On another note, this beta seems to be better at reconnecting to towers when a connection is lost, but losing the custom IMEI is a big issue.
Please advise what can I do, or what you need in order to help me fix this, what type of logs, etc.
