Inconsistent speeds on Flint 3

Still seeing the ocasional drops in speeds, and when I look at the logs, it's same freaking Watch again:

Really annoying, and it seems this is kinda like a thing that Apple devices do for many years, but not consistently — like having only one device doing it, while others don't:

I wonder if assigning a static lease with a lease time of 'infinite' might help. LuCI -> Network -> DHCP and DNS -> Static Leases -> [Add]

Don't forget to [Save] & [Save & Apply].

You might also try rebooting the watch itself - there was a watch update last week as well.

So far, so good. The static lease for that device made it disappear from the logs. Thank you so much for the recommendation.

I had only one incident of slow wifi speeds for a few seconds, but when that happened nothing showed up on the logs. So perhaps it might some other equipment interfering.

I am having issues with an iPhone 15 Pro being extra slow when compared to other devices, but that's another issue, I'll search the forum to see if there's anything like it

When's the last time you did a site survey? Something might have changed.

Is there a timeline when a more vanilla openwrt image will be available?

This may need to wait for the OpenWRT open-source community and Qualcomm to work together

Will there be a openwrt version with Qualcomm sdk from GL.inet as there is for the Flint 2?

You will need to ask Qualcomm this question as GL.inet doesn’t have control over that.
