Incorrect wifi password. New router

My puli ax router lights up but the wifi code that has come with is is incorrect.
I have recently bought the gl-xe3000nr from the gl-inet website.
Im not sure how to solve it

It's unusual that the Wi-Fi code is wrong.

Make sure to enter it correctly and maybe even try to connect by different devices.
If this does not help, connect via Ethernet.

If none of this helps, reset the router: Repair or Reset - GL.iNet Router Docs 4

Well if it is only wifi and not the router password for the ui.

You can login at 192.168.8.1 and on wireless change it.

this is the second time i hear someone having it not working from the label.

The only feedback im missing here is where the routers where purchased from, amazon perhaps?

I know that some routers are sold by third parties and there where some issues with second handed/used devices with changed configurations this could explain it.

If it becomes a trend and they are from gl-inet, maybe theres a issue going on with labeling, or maybe due to a error it falls back to goodlife as password, though it should be unintentional on gl-sdk4.

Maybe you missed this:

My advice would be to nuke it with Uboot. Sounds scary, but pretty simple really

You can scan the QR code with your mobile and it'll connect you to the default Wifi
