beta8 does not have the feature.
It will be added in the next version.

I was going to open a thread, but someone has been faster 
A needed feature for fast vpn switching.
Especially combination with LEDs. One thing I like about my Mango is the ability to flip the switch, and then have the “all your traffic are belong to VPN” light come on.
