Hi I have followed the instruction on how to connect to Ip vanish but the router does not connect to VPN. Any Idea how I can solve the issue? I am not sure what username & pass to use. The one used on VPN website , or specific ones ( like other VPNs)
The log does not show the reason.
I don’t have a IPVanish account now, but it should provide a different username and password for vpn connection. Can you find this in their account dashboard?
