IPVanish support on GL-AX1800

Hey all

Bought this router to have for VPN connection, my service, IPVanish were really rude on customer support saying that it's GL Net's problem that I can't get their service working

I have updated to 4.7.0 Release 7, and I have tried the following;
Uploaded a trimmed version of config.zip to the Open VPN Settings (just keeps retrying, error seems to be unable to resolve host:[ipvanish server] in the log)
Tried signing into WireGuard (error: get third part token fail)
Tried uploading WireGuard zip (just hangs, no log or anything just doesn't connect)

I can connect through the client apps on my devices while connected to the router too

the WireGuard profile manually export from the IPVanish and it can be worked.

Please try it one more.

And IPVanish cannot login directly on GL Admin panel, we will try to check this.

Most likely it's a DNS issue. What DNS settings are you using, do you use adguardhome?
The ipvanish server may be blocked by DNS server, check by issue command in the router terminal.

nslookup api.ipvanish.com

Mine is normal:
