Hello,

1. When downloading profile from IPVanish, you need to download the xxx.ovpn + xxx.crt files, and then manually package it into .zip on PC and upload it to GL OpenVPN client, and enter the IPVanish username and password.

2. It is recommended to use WireGuard with IPVanish, as it can login directly to get the WireGuard VPN profile from IPVanish in the GL GUI.
