I know AdGuard Home is integrated, but what if I want to use AdGuard Home or Technitium on its own bare metal? How do I configure the Flint 4 or Brume 3 to not only use NextDNS, but also AdGuard Home and Technitium simultaneously?
Point the Flint 4 to your bare metal as its DNS server and use the “Override DNS Settings of All Clients” setting.
I did this with a Home Assistant Green for a while, running AGH and Unbound.

You can refer to this guide to configure an externally hosted AdGuard Home:
Although the example uses another GL.iNet router as the AdGuard Home host, the same method maybe applies when AdGuard Home or Technitium runs on a bare-metal device in the same LAN.
For NextDNS, you can configuring it as the upstream DNS in either AdGuard Home or Technitium.
