Issue connecting Flint to Australian NBN

Hi guys,

Signed up to a new ISP, they told me that my account is now active but i have no connection.

I'm based in Australia so I am hoping someone with NBN connection experience can help out.

  • Using Flint AX-1800

  • NBN NCD with FTTC connection seems to be working (confirmed by ISP from their end)

  • ISP told me to use DHCP for WAN.

The router WAN connection shows 'connecting' on the interface page but doesnt progress any further.

Was using the same router with a different ISP with PPPOE and had no issues.

Hello,

Try connecting to ISP modem with a PC, to see if it can get the IP?
If not, it means GL router also cannot obtain IP through DHCP for WAN.

Double confirm with ISP, whether to use PPPoE to connect to obtain the IP.
