Issue to connect with Zscaler PC (with Comet Pro)

Hi all, I just purchased Comet Pro’m trying to use on my company PC (to view my personal PC@home), with Zscaler embeded.
When I tried to access to the remote site, it was blocked and couldn’t view the remote screen. Is there any way I can handle the situation? Any help is appreciated. Thank you!

Would you be able to try temporarily disabling the Zscaler service and see if that makes a difference? Zscaler can intercept or block our traffic, which may be related to the issue you're seeing.

You need to talk to your IT staff that is managing zscaler on your system and explain to them why they should unblock it. If this isnt work related, dont expect them to budge on unblocking it
