Issue with Outgoing SIP Calls Using Brume 2 Router

Hello,

I am using the Brume 2 router with the following configuration:

  • Phone Model: Yealink T54W
  • SIP Provider: fonira
  • Specific Requirements from the SIP Provider:
    • SIP protocol must use UDP 5060 and RTP > 10000.
    • It is required that the public IP address (not the local IP address) is transmitted in the SIP packets.
    • SIP/NAT protocol support should generally be disabled.

Issue Description:
I am able to receive incoming calls, but I cannot make outgoing calls. According to my SIP provider, the issue is caused by the fact that the local IP address (192.168.1.250) is being used in the outgoing SIP packets instead of the public IP address. My provider only allows outgoing calls if the public IP address is correctly transmitted in the SIP requests.

I am using a public IP address via tethering for this connection. I have contacted the support team of my SIP provider, and they have tested this issue live, confirming that the problem lies with the incorrect IP address handling.

I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue and need help configuring my router to ensure that the public IP address is correctly used in the SIP packets.

Thank you in advance.

Update from user: the issue is from the ISP/VoIP provider, the GL router have not required to config, the thread will be closed.
