Issues with GoodCloud

Hello I am having some issues trying to access a few routers connected to GoodCloud. I am able to see devices appear to be online on portal but when try to manage devices I get a "Device Response Time Out". I do not have any issues with devices directly, no reports of system down at locations. These devices are connected in the Americas server and there are 2 in the US and one in Central America. I was able to manage these without issues before. Is there any type of outages for GoodCloud? Is there a page where one can see status of services?

Please let me know if this is not the proper way to report issues and I will adjust.
