Hi, i just received my comet pro and everything works fine except for keyboard and mouse
it keeps saying inactive. I have tried changing identity, disabling virtual media, restarted both kvm and my pc, tried different ports, but it is still not working ;(
I am on the latets firmware 1.7.0

i have followed everything including disabling mcirophone, disabling virtual media, disabling all mouse with the terminal override yaml file config thingy and it is still not working 
for some context this is my system information 
Motherboard: ROG STRIX Z790-F GAMING WIFI
Its connected to one of the usb c ports right now. i have tried switching diff USB C port and it still does not work. the keyboard does not even register (doesnt show up in device manager)
Nevermind! turns out my sister who setup the device for me did not actually plug it into the computer…. 
i got my dad to do it and its working now! So sorry for all the trouble. it works just fine with stock settings 1.7.0 firmware 
Heh. I was wondering why my Pro had a non-responsive keyboard, turns out I had accidentally pulled the cable out of my KVM switch when I swapped it in.
