I am having a problem with the latest GL-X3000 firmware 4.0 0412release3 RM520NGLAAR03A03M4G where every few minutes (about 5 minutes or less) the 5G connection is continuously being dropped:

Try GL-X3000 firmware 4.0 0413release1 as well as RM520NGLAAR03A04M4G_01.202.01.202. There was an update to Band 41 that might make a difference. Mine has been rock solid for over 2 weeks now(Actually the best that it has EVER been). But it could be as simple as work being done on your tower.

I doubt it's work being done on the tower because I have 2 SIMs from 2 different operators (not MVNOs) and the problem has started on both.

Thanks for the firmware suggestions! Could you link me to a place where to download these as it's my first time not using stable versions for this router.

Question: Are you on T-Mobile and what are your TTL settings? If on TMO, Make sure that TTL and HL are both set to 65 or you will actually be using hotspot data on your plan. This could potentially have a major impact on your speeds.
One more suggestion: Under System/Overview in your router, make sure you lower the fan speed all the way down. The modem in this router was not placed in the most optimal location within the device and it can overheat and cause issues exactly like this. By lowering the fan speed and making sure that the modem is not sitting in sunlight, it will help to keep the module temperature down and prevent the drops.

With regards to carrier, I'm in Malta (Europe) and I use the Go and Epic carriers. I haven't set any TTL on both

Update: After having installed GL-X3000 firmware 4.0 0413release1 as well as RM520NGLAAR03A04M4G_01.202.01.202, changing TTL and HL to 65 and reducing fan Temperature Threshold to 70°C I don't get disconnected anymore.

However in the logs I still see these messages but as long as the connection is stable I don't care

I also had so much problems with module firmware RM520NGLAAR03A03M4G_01.201.01.201 (disconnections, band aggregation that suddenly stopped...).
I upgraded to RM520NGLAAR03A04M4G_01.202.01.202 a couple of weeks ago and finally my Spitz AX is rock stable!

As far as I know you can safely ignore these, it's a log to check whether the sim card supports ipv6.
It's annoying because these messages fills the system log making difficult to track other problems, but at least the device now is stable!

it was removed but it appears that the 4.0 04.12 release actually had a later release date so I think that they are both pretty much the same except for some eSIM additions.
