Long time disconnected router will remain offline in Goodcloud

I am not sure if this is an issue with Goodlcoud or the Router. Either way I am unable to bring online a router that was log time offline. The only way was to reset the router, why?

I do have VPN and DNSs configured but from 50 routers only 2 of them wont show as online even when a lot of them have been disconnected and connected for example in an outage. But we have 2 that after a weekend oflline and even when we can confirm they are working, they will shw as Offline in Goodcloud.
