I have a few LTE profiles setup on my Spitz AX. When I am logged in via the browser they load and apply and connect perfectly. When I try it via the app they will show up/supposedly apply, and never connect.
I think something is wrong and applying settings or something wrong so it wont connect?
You seen any issues with this?
Also, when custom client names are used. They dont apply/show in the vpn mac address section. Only the default device name shows up
I’m sorry for your bad experience, can you please follow the below actions and provide our technician with your resetup log? According to the first step to the fourth step of the picture go to open your APP log, then you re-setup LTE profiles, then according to the last picture of the operation prompts to export your log to send us.
