Luci Error

Hello, I have a brand new Beryl 7 that I just setup and updated to the newest vanilla firmware available. No modifications have been made aside from normal setup of SSID/password/etc. When attempting to access Luci I can log in, but get this error on all pages.

“No related RPC reply”

I manually reset firmware once and still receive this error. Strangely, on my other Beryl 7 does not have this issue. Any help is appreciated. My brief attempt to research this did not turn up a solution for my specific case.

Please try clearing your browser cache, or access the page using incognito/private mode, and see if the issue still occurs?

I did this and attempted both Firefox and Safari browsers on multiple devices. Unfortunately no luck

Please try SSHing into the router and running the following commands:

/etc/init.d/ubus restart
/etc/init.d/rpcd restart

/etc/init.d/uhttpd restart

If it still doesn’t work, try going to GL UI → System → Advanced Settings, uninstall LuCI, and then reinstall it to see if that resolves the issue.

Try to access luci on port 8080 if you flashed it over default firmware.

I was able to find a device that does not show this error, but I have not resolved the issue on the majority of my devices. I will continue to explore this once I have time to SSH into the unit.
