Make router print server

Is it possible to turn a GL.iNet router into a print server that will work with a dymo labelwriter 450 printer?

Thanks for the reply. Yes the printer is normally connected to a computer via USB but we want to connect it to a GL.iNet router set as a print server so multiple computers can print on it at any time.

Do you think this would work?
