has Tailscale preinstalled.

No, it doesn’t have Tailscale pre-installed. It doesn’t have enough hardware to support tailscale.

It’s possible to install and run Tailscale on the Mango, but only temporarily, requiring some creativity and downloading the software each time it is run. There is insufficient storage to keep it across boots.
