Marble does not yet support SQM.

The Marble hardware does, your official Marble firmware does not.

Marble is better as an extender than a home router in my eyes anyway. So just run SQM on the main router, and then use the Marble in Extender mode.

Sorry to bother again. I tried installing the packages, but got the following:

Installing luci-app-sqm (1.4.0-2) to root...

Installing kmod-sched-cake (5.4.213-1) to root...

Collected errors:
 * check_data_file_clashes: Package kmod-sched-cake wants to install file /lib/modules/5.4.213/sch_cake.ko
	But that file is already provided by package  * kmod-sched
 * opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package luci-app-sqm.

I get the same errors too when I install the package.

are you on the 4.7.2 beta?

luci-app-sqm - 1.4.0-2 - Luci interface for the SQM scripts queue management configuration package.
sqm-scripts - 1.4.0-2 - A set of scripts that does simple SQM configuration.
sqm-scripts-extra - 2016-06-08-1 - A set of experimental scripts for sqm-scripts QoS package. The contents of this package may change as new qdiscs like 'cake' are developed and tested.

same packages available for the Spitz Plus X2000 :slight_smile:

I downgraded from 4.7.2 beta to 4.5.19 via uboot. Perhaps that could be the reason.

Maybe, I'm on 4.5.23 on the X2000, installed fine.

Perhaps there is something in 4.5.19 that makes SQM fails to install.

Please upgrading to the latest firmware v4.7.2 beta.
