Hi, the new Meshnet feature from NordVPN looks interesting. Is there any way of installing this on eg. the GL-AX1800 router to enable an encrypted connection from the internet to the LAN at home behind the router ?
NordVPN uses NordLynx, which is their proprietary WireGuard implementation that they do not provide configuration files for. You can “reverse create” NordVPN WireGuard configuration files on a Linux PC, but it probably will not have their “mesh” capability.
I have not tried it myself yet. Please do let us know if you manage to get it working on a GL.iNet router!

Is this still “undoable”? NordVPN seems to be blocked by every streaming service I use so would like to use my Beryl and route the traffic via my home PC with the mesh function.
Or even better so through my UniFi USG 3P.
Yep, should be still unsupported.
The Beta 4.7 now allow WireGuard at NordVPN but i see only devices with installed NordVPN-APP in the Meshnet. My GL.inet Routers are not visible on the NordVPN-Meshnet.
NordVPN says: Install the NordVPN-App on the Device you want to use in Meshnet.
I guess there would be an additional PlugIn in the Firmware or Luci neccesary.
Anybody knows more ?
Pretty sure it won‘t be supported on the GL router since there is no official Nord integration. The current Nord integration is a workaround.
