Message when the router is switching the Multi-WAN

Hello everyone,

Wondering if it's possible to inform, let say by email, when the Multi-WAN is switching connection ? Will be good to know in the case of the main one failed for example.

Thank you for the answer, i don't want to use any clouds so i guess i will have to find another solution.
