Might I ask where GL.inet gets the device names from?
Do you have some standardization naming like Android with sweets?

It’s OpenWrt convention.

root@GL-AXT1800:~# cat /tmp/sysinfo/board_name 
glinet,axt1800

That comes from dts of source code.

I meant, where do the names Flint, Beryl, Spitz, Opal etc. come from?

Do they follow some sort of name scheme?
