I am thinking to buy an eSIM card from Gl.inet shop for my device GL-X750V2 with EP06-E modem to add my eSIM profile to it, but when I download the last version (4.3.23) from the the link:

The "eSIM Manager" doen't apper in "APPLICATIONS".
I don't know what I'm missing
You're missing the eSIM card. You wont see the option until you have the card inserted.

In our promotion, the EP06 module is not supported by esim card.
In fact, EP06-A definitely does not support esim, because EP06-A software has problems.
But EP06-E upgrade to the latest software, it can support, you must use it? If you want to use it, I can find a way to upgrade the software in the EP06-E module for you, and then you can use esim. @alijassim

OK, please follow these step below to set:
- Upgrade a standard firmware(for example V4.3.19, GL.iNet download center)
- Insert a U flash disk to X750 and insert your purchase our esim
- Make the device connect the internet with ethernet cable or repeater mode and keep it connect internet at all time
- Refer to this link(Technical support via GoodCloud - GL.iNet Router Docs 4) to share the device to support account
- Send your device mac address and password to my email(hoff.xin@gl-inet.com)

IMO it would be better to show the "eSIM Manager" with a message "no eSIM inserted" instead of having the menu disappear!

Also: Spitz X3000 is only supporting esim in firmware 4.4.13. This one is not available anymore in the download area..... I have upgraded in the meantime to 4.7.0 beta 5.......but no esim support either. It would be good to add it in the beta 6......

Hi I just brought X750 router to use esims and got the physical sim card as well. But I don't see the esim manager in the admin portal even after upgrading to the recommended firmware in the guide: How to set up eSIM - GL.iNet Router Docs 4. Please help.
PS: I am not sure about these moderms EP06 that form thread is referring too, I brought it cause it is advertised as this supports esim. Was there a special version of it I needed to get for it?

Hey Lantony I have the same problem, just bought it because this device can hanle E sim no no physicals cards . Boot it no esim menu in applications. So support what we can do it about it. I like to use just E Sims I buy around in the world and set it up. Hope I get some answers before I go on holiday.

I did the beta firmware 0321beta1 upgrade and no e sim menu in applicaties.
So I won't be able to make a sim profile upload.
How can I do that?
I really read in the advertsiements that the device doesnt need physical sims .
I like to use E sims what I buy online and are much cheaper then most physical 'e' sims.

You must buy such e sim first and then you can load / upload e sim profiles what you buy.

Then is my tip , change the product advertisement of the 750V2. that you need a physical E sim card first to activate E Sim

For esim physical cards of other companies, we have not done sufficient verification, so we cannot guarantee that they will work.
You'd better buy GL.iNet esim physical cards.
