This router was bricked after update.
It can show 192.168.1.1 from laptop
But it never accept any firmware uboot gtp
Uart shows
*** Failed to initialize MMC device 0! ***
It must have problem in emmc
Please do not disassemble the casing. Please contact [email protected] directly and explain your situation to the CS team. They will communicate with you in accordance with relevant after-sales policies/conditions.

I want know this router can boot without emmc or not.
It cannot start without emmc.
You can tell the CS guys about your failed uboot situation.

I think mmcblk0 boot partition can be read and other partition also same but corrupt.
The emmc might have been locked writing because of physical problem.
The only way to repair is
Emmc programming kit
Emmc reballing tool
emmc dump.bin from normal emmc.
It too much cost more than buying new one.
I hope you can send me 8GB emmc flashdump.bin.
I think this is experimental products without nor flash memory
I recommend to select another with nor and nand flash memory.

If it is still under warranty, please discuss the situation with the cs team.
This product can be bricked easily.
I found same case with me in X.
I already opened cover and connect uart. So warranty was void.
