MT2500 not connecting to Good Cloud

Hello all,

We have MT2500 that is working well except it has stopped talking to the cloud properly. When I try to connect from the Cloud Panel it says device timeout. but it says its online. I know its online as i can connect to internally and the Site to site VPN is functioning .

the error in the Cloud log shows this

I see this in the logs as well

I have tried a reboot of the router and turning the cloud access of and on again in the router.

Any help would be great.

Re-enable “APPLICATIONS - GoodCloud” works?
Do you use other VPN except for Site to site?

No other VPN. and Reenabling does not help.

Also noticed the same is happening on the other router as well AXT1800.
Can see same errors.
Did just try to restart the goodcloud agent in Luci but still wont connect but did say: but then same error.

This log won’t fail the connection. We’ll check how to improve it.
Can you give a screenshot when timeout error happens or other evidence not connecting?

Thanks for the feedback, we’re looking into this.

This is now working again. I still see the error but it connects now and I can see the details of the Device from the remote access.

I had an issue that was solved with the latest gli app. If you know what you changed around goodcloud login then that’s the problem.

Ok response time out again on Web App

Still not Connecting. on Website Version 2.4.2 or app. Device timeout again. App version 2.4.0(172)

That’s odd… always worked for me. Possibly need to factory reset. and try again. I know that’s not what you want but might get rid of some gremlins lurking…

Working again… so i don’t know what changes. i don’t do anything different.

And again not working… Just says busy request and it seems to stop the site to site VPN from functioning properly.

fixed again. seems to be a goodcloud issue. hope the find the issue.
