We have MT2500 that is working well except it has stopped talking to the cloud properly. When I try to connect from the Cloud Panel it says device timeout. but it says its online. I know its online as i can connect to internally and the Site to site VPN is functioning .
the error in the Cloud log shows this

I have tried a reboot of the router and turning the cloud access of and on again in the router.
Also noticed the same is happening on the other router as well AXT1800.
Can see same errors.
Did just try to restart the goodcloud agent in Luci but still wont connect but did say: but then same error.

This log won’t fail the connection. We’ll check how to improve it.
Can you give a screenshot when timeout error happens or other evidence not connecting?
That’s odd… always worked for me. Possibly need to factory reset. and try again. I know that’s not what you want but might get rid of some gremlins lurking…
